1. Topstat XL may be used on all sites as long as they are private of nature. For commercial websites we've developed Topstat Pro. If, when checked, we find out that you do use Topstat XL for a commercial website(s) we consider this an valid order and you will be charged for it according (99,- Euro per year);

2. The contents of the site using Topstat XL may not be offensive, discriminating and/or in breach of the law, this at Topstat XL's discretion;

3. The Topstat XL counter must be visible (at least 20x20 pixels) and clickable;

4. In addition a counter may appear on several pages but only one counter may be used per page;

5. The counter code may not be adjusted in any way unless expressly indicated by Topstat XL;

6. Topstat XL reserves the right at all times to remove counters and/or accounts without giving reasons. Please read our privacy policy before registering your account.
